Box arrived packaged nicely and in great condition. It works great overall, has desired effect. The reservoir is a little small but effective enough. The battery however is poor. It lasts around 10 minutes in total before needing a full recharge. Seller communication is good, did offer a return, but I have chosen to persevere as I am new to using these.

Although i knew its a refurbished device as it states that in the title, the item specifications say new which is obviously not the case! The only thing holding this back from being positive feedback is the awful shipping! 6 days from day of order is ridiculous! Ordered 5 different vapes & all arrived within 2-3 days apart from this one which was the closest seller to me! Disappointing.
