  Postage was fair. Item was as described and arrived quickly. The way it was packaged was disappointing though. It was wrapped as tight a ball as possible. So the plush fabric is very wrinkly. Hoping it’ll go away with time. 4 ⭐️

  It had a picture that said it was 11 inches long. I ourchased item. Looked back over it and saw in the description it said 25.5 cm. They said it was 11 inches and removed the image that said it was. They offered to refund some. I said let me see it first. After it arrived it doesn't reach 10.1 inches like they said it was. I was going to accept their refund and now they want me to pay to send it back instead. Seller is dishonest probably best to not buy from them.
