  The item arrived a bit worse for the wear in transit. It wasn't due to the packaging; it was enclosed in a cardboard sleeve that was then inserted into a padded mailer. I unfortunately had to return it as it was intended as a present and I needed the outer box to be in pristine condition. If it was something for personal use, I would have kept it since I think the contents were undamaged. The seller promptly issued a refund and needed mailing label, as promised.
