  I am disappointed because the description did say it was new in the box. Only opened for photos.  I did contact the seller who said no returns, but I didn’t expect to have to return something that was brand new. His response was it was an outdated tracker model, Fitbit flex 2. I have tried every day since I received it to try and set this up and it does not even register the charge. I am very disappointed.

  Great product at a great price! I've been looking for a simple fitbit mainly to just track steps and sleep and this is perfect! The fitbit arrived as described in new condition and works great!. I like how small it is and easy to wear, I don't realize I have it on most of the time. After I synced it with my phone, it also vibrates when I receive a call which is a nice feature to keep me from missing calls. Definitely recommend this product and this seller!
