  Wasn't exactly as described; had an obvious area of touching on the surface. Was tested or?? Appears usable but not new. Shipping box had a gash; so content may have been compromised. Was shipped quickly. Value a bit dubious.

  If the box was cut opened during transit. Then it was one of the postal worker, doing a random inspection to keep our country safe. Not our fault and very sorry this had happened to your item.
