Hi-Fi tower were brilliant. Refunded very quickly and offered us a discount on a future purchase- as we still wanted it, it was a no brainer to reorder. Excellent customer service from Hi-Fi Tower and brilliant communication.

I feel that for an item that was despatched from Germany it lacked the appropriate packaging . I will however say that the company were extremely helpful and the problem was dealt with quickly. The unit now is in full working order still covered by the guarantee . Surprisingly a good rich sound 👍
