  Item arrived broken on one side (no bass). I offered to return the faulty 1x earpod (at my cost) for replacement, and sent a picture of what I thought caused the bass issue. Seller ignored message for 7 days, only to respond with "...don't think it will affect the sound", after I confirmed there was NO bass on one side. I responded within 4 minutes and got NO response. After 3 days was forced to just go through ebay for a return of the whole thing. 10 days later I get messaged "ok".

  Seller left a comment on my ebay feedback and lied that I still have the item (headphones). The item was returned to the seller (including tracking number) and ebay refunded. Please don't lie about buyers. My review was honest and provided screenshots as evidence. BUYER BEWARE!

  Received the IEMs quickly, and well packaged. The small carrying case is a nice touch and is appreciated. Being my first pair of IEMs, I am still getting accustomed to personalizing the fit. Quality is nice, although there is some 'jiggle' between the metal and plastic halves of each unit. This may be nothing of concern. Sound signature seems good, although I am not really qualified to comment on this beyond saying "they sound nice". Will certainly keep this seller in my favorites.
