  This hard cover is "as described", well made, and a good value. Some instructions were vague but in the end, everything worked out. The black painted aluminum panels look great and much better than the typical "polymer" (plastic). Have yet to evaluate how weather and water resistant but seals look adequate. Great communication from seller. Well packaged and shipped from Atlanta so FedEx Ground shipping was fast (esp. versus West Coast sourcing).

  Item arrived with scuff marks because it was packaged on it's side. Ended up paying full price because the seller never honoured the negotiated price. Tried contacting the seller numerous times over this issue with out any success.
