  I sent in my EIS and key, because I had a crank no start, along with a P1570. Once at the shop in Escondido, the EIS and switch tested good. I was sent a video demonstrating this, along with further options to test my ME-SFI. I declined that option and requested my EIS and switch back. I was promptly refunded a significant portion of the fee, so I'm assuming that since no repair actually took place, I was just charged a reasonable fee for diagnosis. I'm satisfied and thank you

  Great Customer Service! Purchased 2 keys where I could have an extra. I sent in my module and they were able to program and send right back in a matter of just a few days turnaround time!   Great support! Sent in a water damaged immobilizer and the data was jumbled. They still managed to make it work with the info off the ECU. I was charged a slight upcharge for the extra work, but it was well worth it. Got the job done and customer is happy. Will be using again.
