took ages to come, when it did arrive the product was boxed, sealed in a bag with all items as per description so thank you for that and the delivery time was not critical for this job, but i did start to wonder if it had got lost

Bought and paid for item with no problems ,was waiting for item to be shipped ,and when I contacted seller to ask why the item was not shipped yet , was told shipping would not happen because shipping price they gave me was not enough to cover shipping and that I would have to send them additional 15 pounds ,about $30.00 Canadian !!! Bad company to deal with . Very unhappy !! I bought this based on prices listed , and they tried ripping me off !!!
