    A+ Seller Received in good condition with moderate shipping impact. The 9 4'starts were placed laying on top of one another without any packing in between, The rose starts are showing some improvement within days of arriving. A plus is very good pricing at this time with a sale in progress. The only draw back I see is the lack of combined shipping fee. The high shipping fee ($61.68) does not off set the sale price on the rose starts. I discovered one start was not shipped and was refunded.

    Disappointed by this transaction. Shipped by Hirts on the 21st. Delivered on the 27th? These are Bonsai seedlings - and for almost $20 in shipping for 2lbs, would expect Priority Mail - but no, it was a cheaper "Ground Advantage". Messaged HIRT's on the 5th day, before delivery - and absolutely NO RESPONSE. Seedlings arrived last evening. Two are DOA. Arrived packed, laying on their side, in a small box after 6 days. I guess whoever packed them knew nothing about Serissa, or plants in general.
