The 9 4'starts were placed laying on top of one another without any packing in between, The rose starts are showing some improvement within days of arriving. A plus is very good pricing at this time with a sale in progress. The only draw back I see is the lack of combined shipping fee. The high shipping fee ($61.68) does not off set the sale price on the rose starts. I discovered one start was not shipped and was refunded.

They did not ship until first day of possible delivery window and package arrived on last day of that window. No response to email.
