  The item is new, and its condition was correctly described. It should work as I expected. I placed the order on a Thursday, and it wasn't shipped until Monday. On Friday, I was notified that it was delivered, but it was not. Fortunately, it arrived in good condition today (Saturday), but with a different tracking number than the one originally provided and an Amazon label. Furthermore, a message inside says to go to Amazon for returns. Very confusing.
