    Item arrived in heavily taped box, after assembly it was noticed chip and significant rub marks on the front. Seller insisted they only sell new items. After numerous photos and discussion, I was offered a measly $10 credit. After several more go arounds, I agreed to $35 off purchase price. Seller did it cheap again, calculating to the penny what refund would get to $35 by including the tax refund. And the desk has no cross bracing, is weak laterally. **DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!! **

    Excellent customer service! Was missing a few parts immediately right out of the box so I reached out to seller and he sent me a whole new chair. Free of charge. Excellent, had it within a week. Do not hesitate to purchase from the seller. Also, just know that if something doesn’t come or you’re missing something, the seller will take care of you.
