  Item was as described, new and unopened. I wanted this because it has 2 speeds which the new version doesn't have. I tested the fan and it works fine. The only thing was it was shipped late and there was no communication about the order until I sent an email asking the status and when it would be sent. It was sent Fedex instead of USPS which was nice and received it quicker I would think then USPS. Over all a good purchase and experience.
