    Thank you for the feedback. We will try our best to get a faster delivery service. As per our communication, delivery attempt was made the first time as you had mentioned but it was unsuccessful. The delivery service tried again the second time and was unsuccessful, and I was thankful that the delivery personnel had tried and was able to reach you the third time. We were out of stock as I have communicated, so we have to ask our manufacturer to send it to you directly. Thank you 4 understanding.
