    I received this lid cover. I have to say, I'm very disappointed. First, your description is about a rug, not a toilet seat lid cover. Second, I know this is said to be new but HOW NEW? The backing is so stiff and hard I could hardly get it on the seat lid. I hope when I wash it it softens up. I did contact seller and waited for a reply. Got nothing.
