    Patches were properly described. They are hook and loop and came loose in the package and were stuck to each other. Had to carefully separate them, luckily I was able to avoid major snags. For the high price of postage this order should have shipped with tracking. Additionally, the tape on one end was loose and not secured, fortunately nothing fell out. Overall this experience was marginally acceptable. I probably will not be buying from this vendor in the future.
