Through my own error, the item did not have the rear defogger switch. I screwed up. Having said that, the item arrived quickly, was brand new as described, packed in a manner to stop any damage happening during the delivery process. Just wasn't the correct one for my truck. Holmes Auto Supply was very gracious in my returning the item and I give them 5 stars on each and every rating in reference to this transaction. I see why they have a 100% rating. One of the very best out there.
