  Purchased Toto toilet packaged like a faberge egg, tank and bowl in original boxes with a secondary outer box so packages were huge. Arrived next day! We were amazed with free shipping. Opened up and condition was perfect and looked brand new. Very high Toto quality. One issue was the flush mechanism was not the water saver, although the model was the same. Zappy offered a healthy refund and made it right. We’re shocked at their great customer service. Would buy again from this seller 100%

  My purchase with this seller was nothing but a headache. The seller provided the wrong tracking information to me. I was confused how the package stated that it was delivered to a different city and the seller had no direct answers for me. Took the seller three to four days to get back to me about how they sold the last item and they no longer had the item in stock after I had already purchased. A refund was issued but the seller wasted a week of my time.
