  DEFECTIVE TZ LAMINATED TAPE RECEIVED! Sent photo of crinkled up defective tape to seller; seller said, no problem we will refund you for the tapes and no need to return them...then later asks for tapes to be returned! Keeps flip-flopping on resolution! I've put in an inordinate amount of time and energy to get the issue resolved to no avail! BUYER BEWARE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNRELIABLE! DEFECTIVE!
