  When the item arrived, it looked like it was a repackaged return (and for a very good reason). It's missing parts to hang it, and the vendor is currently saying that they don't have tracking from the warehouse yet. By the time they send me the missing parts, it'll be out of the return window. Not being as described and bad packaging job (parts missing) are the least of my concerns at this point.

  The seller messaged me with an update very quickly on my order. Communication was excellent. I ordered two wall scones and they both showed up very well packaged and arrived before my delivery date. I love my lamps! They are supposed to be hardwired, but we moved into an 1892 home with no wiring in our living room so we use E26 rechargeable bulbs from Amazon and they work great!!
