We ordered two chairs, and the experience was excellent. The seller was quick to respond and very helpful. They arrived on time, well-packaged, in perfect condition, with clear instructions and spare parts. Assembly took just 15 minutes. The fabric is soft, and they look even better than in the pictures. Very comfortable! We bought another pair to complete the set. My only minor issue (as a tall guy) is that the backrest could be taller. Still, a great buy—highly recommend!
