    Have not assembled the carport yet as we just received the final box this week. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION FROM SELLER!! Had 4 of the 5 boxes arrive super fast and then good ole UPS lost the final box and told me to file a claim. Customer Service responded immediately and was prepared to send a replacement box out. Luckily UPS "found" the "lost" box and delivered it. Absolutely wonderful communication and the carport materials look to be very high quality! Highly Recommend Seller!

    GREAT customer service with quick responses and kind people. Shipping was faster than initially expected. I have started checking all 8 packages and hopefully everything will be there as needed. For heavy items like this, expect some of them to have some external damage. The boxes are sturdy and held up very well.     Out of the 3 packages I only received 2. Then FedEx notified me that they were sending one back. I notified the seller, and they immediately sent another. The parts look great. As expected it looks of very good quality and easier to put together the most of them. It also comes with good instructions. I included a picture of their instruction video. Thank you.
