  I shipped a flat, unmolested, small bubble pack with no bolts in it. After contacting the seller, he insisted the bolts must have been removed after he shipped them. Insisting it was my responsibility to make a claim with USPS . USPS rejected the claim saying the packaging was obviously not tampered with. I would not buy from this seller again, and lost all the money I spent with them.

  Except, of course, that I have the postal mailing receipt that proves that we mailed a 1# + package. It left here intact. I cannot account for what happened to your bolts after you received them, but I clearly have the proof that we mailed the correct bolts. We know the difference between a 1# package of bolts and a 2 oz package of air! Perhaps you forgot that you already took them out of the bag. If I filed the USPS claim, they'd pay me. so if you file it, you'd get the $.
