We're a highly detailed husband and wife team. I as the husband handle the customer relations/business side and my wife handles the purchasing and attention to detail side. We try to give our customers the best from us both. In this ever changing world where customer service doesn't seem to be a happy experience anymore, we strive to change that for our customers. My wife grew up with two parents that ran family businesses. They taught a strong emphasis of customer joy = customer retention. So we make sure to inspect each item before we list it.     Item was new in open box, as described. It arrived very quickly. It required a signature, which I was not expecting (could have been inconvenient). The negative part of the transaction was that the item pictured was not of the item. It did have an item number that represented a completely different product. I contacted the seller and they said they couldn’t check for me. I worried that the item might have been placed in the wrong or different box in an open box situation. So I took a gamble.

    On our end this was a smooth return as the item was returned quickly and in the condition it left us. That is until this feedback. We received zero questions about this item before the sale. The only communication from this user is the following statement in the return notice email: "I made a mistake. I have no idea how I ordered this thinkin I saw it was the "palladian" style. Unfortunately it isn't the same as all of my other fixture. Feeling dumb." The item is correct and was listed again.
