  Order Cancelled. I was notified by the company that "the whole batch" of these units were faulty and asked if I would accept a refund and they would notify me when a new batch arrived. I accepted the refund offer and received my refund but have had no contact since. I have since located another site w/the same units for sale at an equivalent price, have ordered and now will wait to see what happens. Although I am disappointed, the seller acted responsively.

  I still have yet to receive this item, I purchased over a month ago. I've gotten two failure to deliver notices so far, so I don't think I will ever receive this item. I understand shipping delays, but the failure to deliver is unacceptable. I placed an order for another cable at the same time, and it arrived within a week to the same address. I will give this a few more days before requesting my money back. Seller communication is great, but not getting a product is not ok.
