I could have sourced 150 cheaper elsewhere; no effort on seller's part to offer part refund to reflect this. Several weeks on they continue to advertise this listing for 160 balls, when they know they cannot supply that quantity. Parcel also delayed by a number of days by Yodel.

The only reservation is that although the box was flattened for postage costs, the instructions leaflet was not with it. A good idea for the seller to do this, as when I buy meds online for my pets, I like to have the leaflet for when I visit the vets incase there is a problem/allergy. I shall use this seller again just by the positive feedback, delivery time and being a pet care supplier.
