Not difficult to put together instructions were easy to follow all parts were labeled and all hardware was included, no lost pieces. I did have to call for 3 pieces that broke when I was assembling it, but no fault of seller. I called and asked for replacements and seller was courteous and quickly sent me the hardware that was broke. Excellent seller A++++ Thank You

    We ordered this item and it came quickly, There was a problem with the description {locking } and the hardware did not lock, The seller offset the price of the extra hardware that we had to purchase/ put on so we did not have to send it back. I will shop with the seller again. It is big , but fits directly under the house hung mailbox to stop porch thieves. Purchase longer screws to permanently attach to the porch, at the bottom. also screw top on as it does slide off . GREAT SELLER
