    The tool was shipped quickly and arrived as described, new and sealed. Great deal on the set compared to lots of other sellers which I appreciate as humble diy’er. My only complaint was the description listed the set having a 1 inch expander head, but it only had the 1/2 and 3/4 in. I was able to find one for a good price so it’s not a huge problem. Others may want to research the model to verify what you’re getting. Happy overall and would definitely buy from the seller again!

    Item took unreasonably long to make it to the post office from seller. Then usps took another week and a half to make it to me. Seller did not communicate with me until about 4 days after product was purchased. Item was perfect as described, seller just took their time to process.

    The item was dropped off on time. USPS sent the item across the country which is out of our control.
