  Seller claimed that the Impact Wrench was NEW but when I received it, it was just in a plain brown box with no markings. There were no instructions or such from Dewalt in the box like I would have expected for it being new. I communicated my disappointment to the Seller and after going back and forth a bit, we agreed upon the Seller discounting the Impact Wrench by 17% for it now being sold in NEW condition/packaging. The Impact Wrench does appear to work as intended as it removed a lug nut.
