  I gave this seller 5 stars not because he warned me to contact him before giving a negative review. No. I gave him 5 stars because he deserves it. These days, I don't give too many reviews. However, in this case, I was so impressed with the quality of the product, that I felt compelled to. I was also impressed by how well the product came packaged. If I could give this seller more stars, I would. If ordering from the U. S., be patient. It will take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.

  This seller is one of the better ones I have worked with. Communicates quickly, effectively, and efficiently while also delivering exactly what is described on Ebay. They even went out of their way to let me know there was a supply issue and were extremely generous. I have bought from many audio cable/accessory retailers both here and on AE, and Hongri-Store has some of the best customer service and products I've seen. Highly recommended.

  Trustworthy. I was nervous ordering overseas from China but the seller is sincere and I received my package within reasonable time, in mint condition and exactly like the description. Not only that, but the seller was willing to haggle the price a little with me and sent me their personal email contact if I had any trouble. Plus, they slipped in a personal thank you note with the package. Will definitely use them again if I can.

  I received the Fiio BT11 bluetooth transmitter I ordered on time. The Fiio packaging had a scratch-off sticker on it to verify it's authenticity on Fiio's website, and the Fiio app on my phone confirmed it was authentic as well. Hongri-Store sent me a notification when my item shipped, and also sent me a followup email to make sure I received the item without issue. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would order from Hongri-Store again!

  This seller is one of the best sellers here on eBay. The item I bought was a reasonable price and delivery time was lesser than I expected even when the item was shipped from china. Even local items take time to arrive sometime but this seller is a professional. Item appears to be in good condition. Quality of service is exceptional. It works great.   This item was advertised a used but I received a brand new item (without packaging). The delivery time was much much quicker than stated, over a week early. The delivery packaging was top rate. The price is much better than anywhere else Ive seen the same mount. There was a small issue with the mount when it arrived but after a email, it was literally resolved within 2 hours. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEDED SELLER. Ill be buying another of these sony mounts from them again in the near future
