  I purchased this item and also had to pay £42.30 for custom/handling costs to receive it. The screen on the item is scratched. It said "boxed/unused". How can it be damaged? I have contacted the seller and they seem loathe to reply. They have updated their site but have not replied to me. I have been with eBay since 2004. Where do I stand? How am i protected by eBay? What can I do now?
