  Placed a second order for these coasters as I did not order enough originally. Second order arrived - late and with broken item . I promptly made contact with picture and asked for replacement. Fragile items thrown into a plastic mail bag not packed - lucky just one broke ( these are not cheap ) No reply on replacement so reluctantly asked if I re order can I express post as I need for Xmas - again no answer ! Happy to take $$ but absolutely no care factor what so ever ! Avoid at all cost!
