  Maybe these folks do not understand English well enough. I clearly ordered two 17" buffing pads. I was emailed that there would be a delay of at least two weeks. Upon arrival, I received two 9" buffing pads. It took over a week to be told that they carry 17" pads!. I was also offered a discount on the 9" pads of which I have no use! If they would have sent the right ones with a recall tag, I would have obliged and sent them back. It has delayed a floor refinishing by two months. I'm not happy!
