    I always like giving positive feedback but I did neutral because I sent the seller several messages asking questions that I never got an answer to. I was hoping it would be shipped out by a certain day and I mentioned it was a gift and he took too long to ship the item. I bought from him because he was the only seller selling that version of the item. The item was as described and it was packaged well. It was the fact that it took too long to ship and there was no communication.

    The guitar is beautiful. It came packaged very well. The seller was EXCELLENT to communicate with . I had offered to pay extra to have this by Christmas, but the seller agreed to have it sent 2nd day in order to reach me. He also sent the case separately to ensure that it would not break during shipping. I thank him for that extra care and communication.
