    I ordered an 800S scooter but actually received an S500. It was in excellent condition so I decided to keep it rather than send it back. It was already a week later arriving than it was supposed to be delivered. I was a bit disappointed by the delivery company in that I was told that the driver would call me a while before he arrived. He did not call me but just unloaded it on my front driveway, which was fine, and drove away without even ringing my doorbell.

    Bought one of these for a friend; already have similar myself. Ordered this one because pictured with yellow plastic wheels and solid rubber tires (no inner tube stem shown in pictures). Received as pictured. skinny solid rubber tires roll well on concrete or other hard flat surfaces. Pneumatic fatter tires best on soft gravel surfaces but usually leak air quickly requiring frequent airing up. Sent seller question as to tire type and received answer "wheels are included". Will move firewood.
