  The item arrived damaged--clearly by transportation. While it was properly packaged, enough force reached it that the image is bad. I don't blame the vendor for this. The vendor responded quickly and positively. I would definitely buy from them again--and probably will, since I still need my screen.

  I had a problem with the packaging of this item. When I received it, the battery had both of the right-hand side fasteners broken. I don't know if it was the fault of the transporter or the seller for not packaging it in the correct wood. But I recommend that the seller improve the packaging so that this doesn't happen. Apart from that, the battery works fine. The photo I posted is of the old battery, indicating where it arrived broken. I no longer have the laptop that I used the battery
