  They sent my item to another individual. They were not aware until I notified them that I had just received his.Being a surprise gift, he didn't know what his looked like. However, for the next 2-3 weeks, almost daily, customer service worked diligently to rectify the situation. They even went as far as to GIVE me a new sofa to use until mine arrived. I recommend them. Just stay on top of your order and read the shipping label carefully before you let the delivery person leave.

  A truly amazing seller selling a terrific product. I ordered the seatcraft euphoria and love it (it does everything) but the seller really shines here. They kept up communications and made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. They switched which shipping folks delivering the couch to make sure I could effectively receive it and really just made the entire experience lovely.   Excellent service after sale, I bought 6 of these theatre seats, one seat the cup light didn’t work. Contacted the seller on Saturday, Monday they returned my called and the next week I received the replacement cup holder. My second Porsches from their seller. The material is of great quality.
