  Label was created one day after purchase but item wasn't actually shipped yet. No tracking info until 10 days later after I contacted the seller, then it showed the item was picked up. After that there was no additional tracking. Was able to get a refund after filing with eBay almost 4 weeks after purchase. Not sure if this was a USPS issue or a seller issue.
