  I’m very unhappy, IM STILL WAITING ON MY PACKAGE. The package was to arrive a certain day, nothing. Then the arrival got pushed further, nothing yet. I contacted the seller, they advised if not received by 3/4. I would have to file a claim with USPS. That is not my responsibility. Per my USPS app, the seller did not take the package/ or the package was picked up on the date that was mentioned. I requested a refund. Although the seller denied a refund. I’m so frustrated. Still waiting!!!

  USPS was experiencing delays due to severe weather in our area. Packages are picked up from our facility daily. The item left our facility and missing scans at the local sort facility caused shipping delays with this package unfortunately.
