    Seller communicated promptly with service tags for 2 x Dell T640 18LFF servers. I verified Dell tags and purchased 1 x Dell T640 18LFF on 1/30/25. Seller took DAYS to ship which was scanned into UPS on 2/6/25. Item sat a week in Chicago UPS before I opened an eBay case. Strangely, ALL Dell T640 18LFF listings vanished shortly after I made my purchase. Very odd. Seller refunded purchase in full and filed claim that UPS lost a very large, heavy box. UPS show still in Chicago. Neutral.

    Item arrived when expected and appears to work as expected. Item did not include the front bezel as shown in the product listing. The bezel has been requested. Seller has not yet responded to a request to send the bezel. As a result, since we need to place the server with a client and cannot place a server with gaping holes in the front, we have had to purchase a bezel separately from a different vendor. This is frustrating and unnecessary for a transaction that would have otherwise been fine.

    Item was slow to ship, they claim they were "testing". When received, PC was still registered (and locked) to previous owner, couldn't even get in to Windows. After days of troubleshooting, had to return it. No apology or offer to make it right. I asked for a replacement- which was sent, but improperly packaged and was physically damaged with parts rattling around inside PC. Again, no apology, no comment, no offer to make it right, just a return label. Cannot recommend this seller at all.
