  The item was described as antique brass but was new Chinese made brass colored zinc. It was shipped by Amazon who sells it for 5 bucks less than I paid. no big deal, after cost the seller made about 2 bucks. Its not what I really wanted but I should have looked more carefully at the listing. Otherwise the transaction went well.
