We have three main warehouses, one near Dayton, OH, another near Atlanta, GA and one near Salem, OR. Our company is open 8am-11pm EST Mon-Fri and 10am-6pm EST Saturday. We are readily available to respond to eBay messages 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri.     Let me begin by saying customer service was excellent. The representative always responded to my messages with an expedient of urgency. The seller was completely in contact with me the whole process even until the delivery date. I my equipment was packaged very well without any damage after the installation. I noticed that I had received an upgrade due to the unit I purchased was not in stock. I would definitely do business again with this company.
