You do not get 100% refund you get a full refund minus return shipping fees no matter what reason you are returning the item for. So if you receive an item that was built wrong or damaged or defective or you just don't want it anymore you will have to pay return shipping fees. To me that is not 100% satisfaction guaranteed or you get 100% refund. Shipping was fast, item was received sooner than promised. Price seems fair. The hose looks great and went on easily, -- this was my first time replacing a hydraulic hose. At this point I would order again. Time will tell how well the hose holds up under real life use, I can try to return down the road a piece with an update. . .
