  !! Buyer Beware !! NOT a reputable seller IMHO! Searching for name brand tool. Seller's knock-off showed up. Mistakenly ordered it. Good price for brand name tool but not knock-off. Got confirmation few minutes later, realized mistake. Immediately requested to cancel. Cancellation request confirm 5 min later. Seller declined claiming they process orders quickly, 5 min was too late. Yet didn't ship for 5 days!! Response to emails very generic. Didn't address emails directly. Not their 1st time!

  Paid $50 for shipping that was supposed to take a week. Seller then says having factory delays and item will actually take a month to arrive. Seller did not offer to refund/reduce any shipping costs. Then seller shipped it to the wrong address but blamed fedex for delivering it to the wrong address. FedEx states that my address did not match the shipping address, but seller still would not take responsibility for shipping it to the wrong person. Eventually was refunded my money.
