    Buyer bought listed item, installed it & returned their old parts, claiming they returned what we sent, which is a false statement. We sent brown Alto G3 plates & buyer returned oily, used, OEM graphite frictions. Of course we will not refund items that are not what we shipped & old & used items. We do not tolerate fraud.
