  When making purchases from online retailers, sometimes what you get is not perfect. This item arrived DOA. It was in a sealed box and appeared to be brand new. When I reached out to them, they did not hesitate to make it right. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. They issued an RMA and emailed me the UPS return label. Once they received it back, they immediately refunded the money. I’ve bought from them before and I will definitely buy again!

  Great seller! Under promised and over delivered! The speaker was some as an “open box” item. I received a resealed box with a perfect QSC speaker inside. All labels and materials were new! Super happy! New speaker next to my 6 year old speaker!
