They responded to every message, did everything they could to put it right, issued a part refund even after I said it wasn’t necessary, looking at their feedback I thought noooo, but I was so impressed with how hard they worked to ensure I was happy, I will definitely buy from them again! 5 * 👍thank you👍

Seller tried to fob me off with a 25% refund. I declined that and once again asked to return the item for a replacement or refund. Seller kept stalling and i was forced to get Ebay to step in and force them to refund me. Very poor seller, bad packaging and terrible customer service! AVOID!

I notified them straight away, but instead of ealing with the issue, kept trying to fob me off with a part refund for something that was of no use to me, or return at my own expense. Poor communication, only checks messages once a day & often doesn't reply for a couple of days. Had to get a refund sorted through ebay as the seller was doing nothing to sort the issue out, and re-order the correct item from another seller. Total waste of time, AVOID THIS SELLER!!!!!
