  I requested a refund when the seller had not posted the item 7 days after payment. The seller refused claiming that he had posted the item. Tracking information was sent for two items. one was delivered to an address which is not mine and UPS never received the other although a shipping label was created, I strongly believe that this seller is a cheat and should be barred from further participation on eBay
